15-Day Return Policy

At Gold Vault Jewelry Co we want you to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

Estate Jewelry & Pre-Owned Watches: Due to the unique nature of these items, all sales are final and not eligible for return.

Custom-Made or Altered Items: Jewelry that has been custom-designed, specially ordered, or altered (e.g., resized, engraved) is not eligible for return or refund.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at

   info@goldvaultjewelryco.com within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Securely package the item with all original materials and include the RAN in the package.
3. Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address that was provided with the RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
