Shipping insurance covers every order. Finished jewelry ships FedEx Express from Melbourne, Florida, insured for the declared value, with signature required on delivery. 
Shipping is a flat $19.99 on orders under $999. Shipping is free on purchases of $999 or more. The rate is calculated at checkout.

Loose Diamonds

Loose diamonds are not checked out on this site. Browse the search, send a request, and we reply with a secure purchase link after the diamond is confirmed. That shipment is also FedEx Express, insured, with signature required. Shipping on a loose-diamond order is quoted with the purchase link.

Gold Buying

Mail-in kits include a prepaid label to us. We weigh and test what you sent and send an offer in 24–48 hours. Accept and we pay by ACH or check. Decline and we return the items to you at no cost. You are not required to sell.

Packing & Questions

Items are packed for transit and labeled without describing the contents on the outside of the box. You receive tracking when the label is created.
